DESCRIPTION: APW - Hamilton, Grade 921, 21J, 10S, 14K gold OF original Hamilton case, gold cuvette with 1948 presentation engraving for 25 year service to Textile Machine Works, silvered dial, SW-SS, mono-metallic balance with Elinvar hairspring, capped escape wheel, jeweled barrel arbor, bull's-eye pattern nickel damascene, s#H36856. Gross weight of assembled watch 37.7 dwt (59.2 g).
CONDITION: Mvt: Running, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, bright lustrous plates, oxide to winding wheels and click; nearly flawless dial with light perimeter spotting at 7; excellent-plus hands; case shows very light wear, scattered scuffs to rear, some fine scratches to cuvette perimeter from slipped past openings, no dents or dings; tight bow, crown shows very little wear; good glass crystal.
